Samba Signs Technology Strategic Alliance Agreement with Microsoft to Undertake Saudi Youth Development Programs
Samba Financial Group has announced a strategic alliance with Microsoft Arabia to undertake technical training under the umbrella of Samba's social responsibility programs for the development of Saudi Youth.
Mr. Eisa Al Eisa, Managing Director and CEO of Samba Financial Group said: "This agreement is part of Samba's extensive efforts to provide every possible support to boost the quality of its training programs, aimed at educating and developing Saudi youth. An important part of the training programs focuses on basic computer skills, as well as other capabilities that require computer literacy. Trainees will therefore receive comprehensive training combining personal skills, as well as theoretical and technical knowledge."
Al Eisa also indicated that Samba's collaboration with Microsoft Arabia was a clear sign of the collaborative efforts being made amongst private sector organizations to promote knowledge in the community and to use technology to achieve its goals.
"Samba's recently announced Saudi youth training programs have been devised, following extensive studies based on our clear vision, a vision that aims to provide trainees with the basic knowledge that caters to professional and technical requirements of the highest standards. These training programs focus on improving personal skills such as communication, time management, self reliance, work organization, report writing, prioritization, teamwork, innovation and creativity. In addition to this, Microsoft Saudi Arabia will oversee the enhancement of practical and technological capabilities, to enable trainees to be more efficient and add greater value to their organizations through the use of well-known tools and programs prepared by Microsoft Arabia such as 'Informational Qualification Program' and 'Basic and Office programs".
Al Eisa confirmed that all Samba programs form part of its Corporate Social Responsibility aimed at the local community, which are managed by highly qualified trainers in an environment that allows trainees to excel and fulfill their potential. The programs also enable trainees to benefit from the successful experiences of others, to help fulfill their aspirations to the best of their capabilities. Finally, Al Eisa hoped that such programs will help provide access to promising employment opportunities.
